Expendio de Maíz

A very particular Michelin-starred place, built around street food. It combines dishes from different Mexican states. There is no menu: once you arrive they ask if you have any allergies or intolerances, and then they start serving you. With each course they ask if you want another round. For 4 courses and drinks I paid 43 dollars. The tables are communal: I ate with three American guys who work for American Airlines in Dallas.
